Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new condition and unused.
- The original packaging, with all included accessories, must be intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@modkitchen.shop or call +44 7864 672908 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- After receiving your RMA, follow the provided instructions to return your item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange at support@modkitchen.shop.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card provider as processing times can vary.

International Returns
For customers outside the UK, return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
